BIG THINGS IN THE MAKING.
It took a little longer than I thought it would, but we finally got MIDIAlien.com up and runnin. My man Teo Feo designed the site in like 2 days. He's a monster. Shouts to him and my man Karma for the inspiration for the site's look.
My debut 'solo' album is droppin in less than a week (Feb 15th.) I'm hype for the release. I think people are really gonna dig this one. I didn't do any 'thank yous' or 'shouts' on the album because that shit can really get outta hand, and then you always forget someone and blah blah blah, so I just gotta shout out everyone who contributed on the record, everyone who I'm down with, and all the fans who've hit me up in the last 2 years asking about ECA and new music. This lp is for all of you. I hope yall really enjoy it.

Asside from getting the mothership up and running and preparing for the release for the record, I've also been doing some other shit in the studio that I think yall will dig. Trademarc and I about 3/4 done with his record. As some of yall know already, WWE heavy weight John Cena will appear on the album, and I'm doing 100% of the production. This shit is coming out so dope. Trademarc is one of the dopest lyricist on this planet that almost nobody talks about. That can't last too much longer. Not to many cats in New England are fuckin' with him.
My brotha from anotha Termanology is taking a rare break from touring and FUCKING UP THE PLANET this week and is home in New England. I hit him with some beats yesterday and he was buggin over them. haha Term and I getting some new music done is loooooong overdue. My man Bamford with ShowOff Marketing is constantly reminding the two of us of how potent our music is when we come together. You know a friendship and an artist/ producer relationship is made to last when 2 cats can not hit the lab together for like 2 years, then step back in and just tear it down in the studio. Term and I are in preliminary talks about a possible EP. Stay tuned.
I'm also honored to announce that I'm producing my man Checkmark's (of Skitzofreniks) ENTIRE solo album. This cat is an unbelievable MC and one of the realest dudes I know. The lp will be titled "Vitta Matta", which means "Crazy Life" in Italian. I'm glad he came to me to do the beats. We're about 1/2 way done with this one, but we're taking our time. It'll be worth the wait.
Other shit that I produced scheduled to drop in 2011:
* 3 tracks on Outerspace's forthcoming LP "My Brother's Keeper"
* "Crazy" off of Slaine's solo album "A World with No Skies" featuring B-Real of Cypress Hill and Jaysaun
* "Livin' Lost" off of my man DJ Deadeye's "Substance Abuse" album featuring Slaine, Easy Money, Esoteric and Krumbsnatcha (will actually be the lead single off that record)
* "Reach On" off Sabac Red's album dropping in March
* "Grand Opening" off of Doap Nixon's forthcoming lp "Grey Poupon" that will also feature Vinnie Paz and Celph Titled
* a few tracks off Esoteric's new project "Boston Pharoah"
* an entire EP with my man Nabo Rawk consisting 100% of Moog synthesizer beats and raw lyrics called "Lords of the Synth." That project is basically finished and we plan to release it this spring. Shit is soundin real real sinister.
Got a lot bubblin in the MIDI cauldron in 2011 yall. Stay tuned and thanks for checkin the blog.
